The Payroll and Benefits Office provides information concerning the eligibility of employees, enrollment, and plan coverage for group life insurance and long-term disability provided by The Standard Life Insurance Company. In addition, the CSU offers eligible employees the opportunity to apply for Voluntary Life, Voluntary AD&D, Voluntary Long Term Disability, Accident and Critical Illness insurance. Employees may purchase protection for themselves and/or eligible family members including spouse/domestic partner and dependent children.
