Announcements
The 40-hour work week period for student employees begins December 21 and ends January 17, 2026. During this time, Student Assistants may work up to a maximum of 40 hours per week, but they may not be scheduled or permitted to work overtime.
Student employment for the academic year (Fall 24-Spring 25) begins 8/19/24 and ends 5/31/25.
Recruiting Services
Employment Services provides recruiting assistance to fill staff and administrator position openings, including applicant sourcing, position posting and advertising, and support in applicant screening, interviewing and selection. Current position openings may be found by accessing the Jobs page. The Recruitment Policy is also available for review in the repository of Sonoma State University policies.
Recruiting Procedures
