Health, Dental, and Vision Coverage

You may sign up for your benefits through Employee Self Service via myHR, and selecting the Hire/Newly Eligible Enrollment tile. Please follow the job aid in the Knowledge Base site if you need a visual and/or video on how to use this feature. You will have 60 days from your hire date to enroll in health benefits. If enrolling during this period, your coverage would become effective the first day of the subsequent pay period.

Refer to the 2026 Health Care and Insurance Monthly Premium Rate Chart for current plan year premiums. An optional FlexCash program is also available, which allows eligible employees to waive CSU medical and/or dental insurance coverage in exchange for cash, provided the employee has other employer-sponsored, non-CSU coverage.
