Real Appeal Weight Management Support Program

Take small steps for lasting change with Real Appeal, an online weight management support program designed to help you build healthy habits across key areas, such as nutrition, fitness, sleep and stress, to support a healthier lifestyle. This program is available at no additional cost to eligible members and dependents as part of their health plan benefits.

Real Appeal members have access to: 

  • Support from an online health coach who leads collaborative group sessions and helps you set goals
  • Digital tools to track your food, activity, and progress
  • A Success Kit to kick-start your health journey with scales, balanced portion plate, and access to online fitness classes that are right for you, and available anytime, anywhere. Success Kit is available after you attend your first session.

Rally Health Program

Learning how to live healthy is easier when you’ve got some help to find your way. That’s what Rally is all about. It’s a website and mobile app that helps you learn simple ways to take care of yourself – from being more active to eating better. When you start making small changes and adding healthy habits to your everyday life, you start moving toward better health management, which helps you live a full, active life.

  • Prediabetes Education Presentation  During this presentation, we will explain why it is important to understand pre-diabetes and provide you ways that may help to prevent diabetes. Specifically, you will learn about the prevalence of pre-diabetes, define diabetes, and discuss risk factors for developing pre-diabetes. We will also review healthier behaviors that may reverse pre-diabetes.

Mental Health Resources and Support

  • Express Access Network When you need mental health support, it’s frustrating to wait weeks for an appointment. Express Access providers offer appointments within just five days of your request. And when you’re struggling, just knowing you don’t have to wait for weeks to be seen can be a big relief.
  • Virtual Therapy — Reaching out may be hard — especially if you might not want anyone to know you’re hurting. From the privacy of home and the convenience of your mobile device* or computer, you can receive caring support from a licensed behavioral health virtual therapist. 
  • Live and Work Well — Read, watch and learn about a variety of behavioral health related topics.
